Roux at Parliament Square appoints Esther Medina Cuesta as bar manager

Compass Group's Westminster fine-dining restaurant Roux at Parliament Square has appointed Esther Medina Cuesta as bar manager. Originally from Spain, she moved to London in 2002 when she began to learn the basics of bartending.

Medina Cuesta has worked at a number London venues including LAB, Albannach on Trafalgar Square, Ronnie Scott's and, most recently, Roast. Earlier this year, she attended the 3rd International Cognac Summit and has been hailed as "one of the most powerful women in the drinks industry" by Channel 4's 4Food.
