Ross Bruce is the new head chef in charge at the 2011 Good Pub Guide's Welsh Dining Pub of the Year, the Felin Fach Griffin, near Brecon. He has been promoted from sous chef following the departure of Simon Potter, who left to go to the South of France. Bruce joined the Griffin's kitchen under Ricardo van Ede in March 2008 as a chef de partie and moved through the ranks.
