Caterer Vacherin won a deal at music publisher EMI and appointed two new directors to beef up its management team, while Michelin-starred, British-born chef April Bloomfield revealed she is to open a third restaurant in New York.

Gordon Ramsay admitted how close to disaster his restaurant empire came and celebrity chef John Burton Race was forced to declare himself bankrupt.
