Newcastle City Council will soon be tendering for a concessionaire to provide a café service and catering for meeting rooms in the award winning City Library.
It is expected that the successful operator will be on site from late October 2011, for an initial period of three years.
This is an exciting opportunity, for a company that experienced in running a café; particularly as a concessionaire, to develop a business within the heart of the city.
