Hilton Hotels has contracted Swiss-based company Hospitality Graduate Recruitment (HGR) to promote its graduate recruitment programme, Elevator, in Europe and Africa.

The Elevator Programme offers management training that fast tracks selected candidates to general manager and commercial operations manager roles within five to eight years.

HGR managing director Jeff Ross said: “We have a unique network with the best international hotel schools, and are proud to use this to the benefit of Hilton Elevator.

Hospitality graduates are hungry for training opportunities like this, and we aim to help Hilton find the best graduates in the market place.”
