BioCote cladding in a Loch Fyne restaurant

Silver ions are a safe and highly effective way of killing off food-poisoning microbes such as Listeria, Campylobacter, E Coli and Salmonella. This protection can now be built directly into kitchen walls, food preparation areas and serveries with the use of the world's first PVC wall cladding to incorporate BioCote silver ion technology.

The silver is impregnated into the panels during manufacture to create a permanently active surface that kills dangerous bacteria and moulds on contact. It costs no more than standard PVC cladding, remains effective for the lifetime of the cladding and eliminates the need to use aggressive cleaning fluids.
