Isle of Wight-based ice-cream maker Minghella uses natural ingredients from local farms in its ice-creams and sorbets. Among the new flavours in Minghella’s 500ml tubs are luxury alcoholic cocktails such as mango vodka Bellini sorbet and clementine and Cointreau sorbet. New additions to the 120ml range are cappuccino coffee, Oriental ginger with honey, and crème brûlée.
