The Hotel & Catering Personnel & Training Association has changed its name to HR in Hospitality.
It comes as the association, dedicated to HR professionals within hospitality, looks to extend its network nationally away from its London base.
HR in Hospitality’s president is Jane Sunley, managing director of HR consultancy Learnpurple, and its chairman is Carl Smith, head of HR at Novotel London West.
Vice-chairman is Basil Blanco, director of recruiter Blanco Goldfarb Associates.
The re-launched association is also looking to expand its coverage beyond its heartland of hotels and increase membership within the restaurant, pub, bar and contract catering sectors of the market.
