Adelphi House, a Georgian mansion in Paisley, near Glasgow, is being raffled on 17 December, and just £25 buys you the chance to have your name pulled out of the hat. Currently trading as a bar and restaurant, with function rooms in its basement, the Adelphi was until recently run as a hotel.
A maximum of 20,000 tickets will be sold, and the winner will be notified on 20 December.
