To mark the centenary of the British Hospitality Association (BHA) Caterer has invited the organisation’s chief executive Bob Cotton to guest edit our 28 June edition of the magazine.
We have the BHA boss contributing to a number of features and news stories on topics he has hand-picked, but we also want to hear from you.
To this end we have launched an online survey and we want you to tell us what issues concern you as a hospitality worker/owner. The results of the survey will be used as the backbone of an exclusive report in the issue examining what the challenges facing the hospitality industry are.
