Brockencote Hall hotel has employed John Sherry as its new head chef.
In recent years Sherry has worked at the Cotswold House hotel in Chipping Campden and most recently at the Manor House in Moreton-in-Marsh in Gloucestershire.
Prior to that he spent time working in France.
