Ceri Campbell is the new head chef at the Harkers Arms in Chester, making her the company's first female head chef.
She joins from the position of sous chef at the Pant yr Ochain gastropub in Gresford, Wrexham.
Campbell was previously sous chef at the Grosvenor Arms in Aldford, Cheshire.
She has also worked in Bermuda and Amsterdam, at Gleneagles, and at the Savoy in London.
