Gordon Ramsay has revealed plans to expand his burgeoning pub empire, opening 10 more properties next year.
The Narrow Street Kitchen and Dining Room in London’s Limehouse, which opened in March, marked the chef restaurateur’s first foray into the world of pubs.
Gordon Ramsay Holdings has already acquired two more London pubs, the Warrington in Maida Vale and the Devonshire House in Chiswick, both of which are set to open before the end of the year.
And speaking at a press event to launch his new marketing campaign for Gordon's gin, Ramsay said: “After the Warrington and the Devonshire, we're looking at 10 more pubs during 2008.”
The Narrow opened to largely positive reviews and Ramsay said the secret is to focus on simple food and quality ingredients.

Using foraged ingredients is nothing new but the trend has become more mainstream over the past two years. However, the wider use of foraged food in restaurants also carries a certain amount of danger.
