The 2004 Hit Scotland Industry Awards took place on 25 March 2004 at the Hilton, Glasgow.
The awards raised more than £78,000 for the HITS charitable trust.
This year the 2004 Industry Award, which was introduced by Caterer Group editor Forbes Mutch and presented by Ewan Venters, UK national accounts director for Brakes, went to David Cochrane, director of Springboard Scotland.
The industry dinner is a must for everyone's calendar, and on behalf of HIT Scotland and the industry dinner committee chaired by Frances McMeeking, we would like to thank everyone for their continued and invaluable support, and look forward to seeing many faces again next year.
