Well, you have chosen a truly dynamic place to go and work. Dubai is exploding with hotels and new leisure developments at the moment and, therefore, if your skills in fine dining and gastropubs are good, you should not have too much difficulty, as there are a lot of job opportunities. You will find that most of the good opportunities will be in high-quality hotel food and beverage operations. Some hotels have as many as 10 or 12 food and beverage concepts.
To find out more, you could explore the myriad of websites of international recruiters who will be advertising in Dubai. Alternatively, a meeting with a recruitment consultant who has specific knowledge of this marketplace would make sense.
You could also prepare yourself a little by visiting the website www.dubaitourism.co.ae. This will give you lists of hotels and all sorts of information as to what is going on in Dubai right now.
