Caterersearch readers are being given the opportunity to get a free coaching package worth £1,500 by training provider Walk on Waves Coaching.

The tailor-made package, which covers both business and personal needs to improve leadership, is open to senior managers and owners at businesses with between 10 and 250 employees in England.

The Government is providing £1,000 of funding towards the coaching package and Walk on Waves is offering to pay the reminder for the first five readers to make contact.

The next ten Caterersearch readers that get in touch will be able to access the Government backed course for just £250. The deadline for applications is the end of the year.

Walk of Waves Coaching’s existing hospitality clients include Biageo, Bankside Restaurants, Solo Holidays, In House Catering and Mongolian Barbeque.

Karen Skehel, director at Walk on Waves Coaching said: “Coaching can help you build your business, enhance your leadership skills, improve your work/life balance, improve your confidence and help you manage stress.”

Walk on Waves is also offering group coaching master classes.

Visit the Walk on Waves website for more information or call Skehel on 020 8748 1342 or e-mail karen@wow-coaching.co.uk
