Potting Shed at Crudwell named Good Pub Guide's Pub of the Year 2012

The Potting Shed at Crudwell in Wiltshire (pictured) has been named the Pub of the Year in the Good Pub Guide 2012.

The guide, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary, also made 11 other national awards and nine regional pub of the year awards.

Among them were the Stagg in Titley, Herefordshire, which won national Dining Pub of the Year, the Tobie Norris in Stamford Lincolnshire, which won Newcomer of the Year, and the Nags Head in Malvern, Worcestershire, which won Beer Pub of the Year.

The guide also named 37 County Dining Pubs of the Year.
