Ashby Tavern, a community local on the periphery of Hinckley town centre in Leicestershire, has changed hands.
The pub - which offers an open-plan bar with a central U-shaped servery, a pool area, a large-screen TV, and a darts throw – has been bought by Steve and Pamela Griffiths.
The property incorporates four-bedroom owners’ accommodation on the first and second floors and has a car park, a patio and a lawned beer garden to the rear.
The Birmingham office of Fleurets sold the 15-year Punch Taverns lease (which commenced in December 2002) off a guide price of £95,000. An annual rent of £28,000 was agreed.
