Young chefs are invited to take part in a competition to design a cake to celebrate the forthcoming royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
To be held at the Wessex Salon Culinaire at the annual Hotel and Catering Show at the Bournemouth International Centre on 15 and 16 March, the event welcomes entries from any chef in employment, training or education.
The winner will receive a place on a Chef Master Class, endorsed by the National Skills Academy Hospitality, at Cyrus Todiwala's Café Spice Namaste, London.
Competitors have to create a cake with a maximum of two edible tiers which fit within an area of 50cm square. Entries need to be submitted by 1 March and forms can be downloaded via www.hotel-expo.co.uk/wsc.
