The former coaching inn, which dates back to 1758, is on the main street of the ancient market town of Langport, which is near attractions such as Glastonbury, Bridgwater and Taunton.

The Old Custom House is a Real Ale Pub offering locally-brewed cask ales and is listed in the Good Beer Guide.
It offers a front bar and dining room with 13 seats, a 16-seat dining room and a function room.
Private accommodation on the upper two floors include four bedrooms, a bathroom and a lounge/dining room.
The trade garden to the rear includes a barbecue area and leads to a large public car park.
Bettesworths sold the freehold off a guide price of £330,000 to Andrew Kearns.
