Long established Members’ Golf Club with circa 1700 members is seeking expressions of interest from experienced, energetic and proactive parties to operate the catering concession at the Club located near Stroud, Gloucestershire.
Service requirements include a Food Service Area providing snacks, lunches and evening meals throughout the week, a popular dining room with servery, Sunday lunches, match teas and suppers, plus many other formal and informal events.
The contract is due to commence on Sunday 30th August 2010.
