Tuesday 07 June 2005 12:23
The Maypole Inn, a food-led pub in the West Yorkshire village of Warley, has sold for close to an asking price of £145,000. New owner, Tom Donoghue, plans to expand the food offering and open the 50-cover restaurant all-day. Owner’s accommodation within the two-storey, detached property consists of a two-bedroom flat with a separate office. Extra features include a garden to the rear of the property with a small animal farm, a sun terrace with an outdoor bar and seating for around 40 people. The agent was Christie and Co, acting for David and Deborah Lister.
