3663’s Chef’s Smart Choice cheese range gains Red Tractor accreditation

Tuesday 07 July 2009 16:15

Wholesale distributor 3663 has gained Red Tractor accreditation for its entire range of Chef’s Smart Choice deli block cheeses.

“Provenance is still high on the consumer agenda and caterers are keen to highlight this on their menus,” says Nicky Dixey, 3663 own brand manager. “The Red Tractor logo assures consumers that the produce they’re eating comes from British farms - not only supporting local farmers and cutting down on food miles by reducing produce imported from abroad, but also guaranteeing good standards of production.”

The Chef’s Smart Choice range was developed to offer caterers value for money choices appropriate to their needs. The company says the addition of Red Tractor accreditation will further guarantee consistent quality at a competitive price.

The Red Tractor accredited Chef’s Smart Choice cheeses are available in mild white, mild coloured, mature white and mature coloured and extra mature white deli block cheeses.
