Karatzenis to head up operations at the Real Greek

Christos Karatzenis has been named as the new head of operations for the Real Greek, the London-based restaurant group. Karatzenis was born into, and later worked with, an international award-winning Greek contract food services family, and has had extensive restaurant experience both in Greece and in the UK. Prior to joining the Real Greek, he headed up As Greek As It Gets in London; was operations manager of Ponti's Group, and general manager at La Tasca Canary Wharf. He was also a food service project manager at the Athens Olympic Games in 2004.
