Wildwood, the pizza chain owned by Adam and Sam Kaye's company, Tasty, is to open its 10th site in Epping, in Essex.
The new restaurant will occupy the former Cafe Unico site on Epping High Street.
Wildwood has taken a 20-year lease from a private landlord on the 4,000sq ft unit, at a rent of £92,000 pa (with a £210,000 premium payable to the outgoing tenant). Shelley Sandzer represented Wildwood for the deal.
