Rhubarb Food Design teams up with Lemon Drop Events at Household Cavalry Museum
Rhubarb Food Design has announced a joint venture with Lemon Drop Events to operate a new venue space at the Household Cavalry Museum and Parade Ground in Westminster.
Lemon Drop will manage the event production and implementation of the 200-cover temporary marquee, while Rhubarb will be responsible for the food and drink offer.
Available for 21 days over the Christmas period, it will be the first time the historic setting will host such a venue and, if successful, the two companies hope to make it an annual feature.
All profits from the venture will go to the upkeep of the museum, which is part of the Army Museums Ogilvy Trust.
Simon Cromack, commercial and operations director at Rhubarb, said: "We are very excited to be the first caterer to offer a fantastic high-end food offer at this wonderful and unique venue.
"We look forward to working with the Lemon Drop team throughout the Christmas period and are quickly filling up the space."
