London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 8.3% in the week ending 4 February, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar rose to £96.26, up from £88.84 during the equivalent week of 2006.
Although occupancy dropped by 2.5 percentage points to 73.2%, this was offset by a 12% hike in average room rate to £131.57, up from £117.50 in the corresponding week of 2006.
