Claire Stepney has become the new general manager of the Kings hotel and restaurant in Christchurch, Dorset.
Stepney has previously worked at the Chewton Glen hotel in Hampshire, Combe House hotel in Devon and Summer Lodge hotel in Dorset.
Her appointment at the Kings follows a full renovation there, which started in 2008.
