David Andrews joins the Mersey Partnership as director

David AndrewsLiverpool City Region's tourist board, the Mersey Partnership, has made David Andrews a new director in charge of overseeing the area's £1.3b visitor economy.

Andrews has worked for the UK's national tourist body VisitBritain and its forerunner the British Tourist Authority for more than 16 years and managed their Chicago, Singapore and Amsterdam offices for eight years.
