Holmewood Hall near Peterborough has appointed Lee Osborne as its head chef. The venue, which is owned by British Sugar, caters for between 300 and 400 conference delegates each week and also provides menus for a variety of one-off occasions staged at the venue and for private celebrations and weddings.
