Manchester hotel development

A hotel operator is being sought for a new mixed-use tower development in Manchester.

Bruntwood Limited is building the Riverside West scheme, which comprises a 250-room hotel, in the centre of Manchester and is now on the search for someone to operate it.

The mixed-use development also includes 34 serviced apartments, as well as 90 “high-quality” residential apartments.

The new landmark is located within walking distance of Deansgate and Allied London’s new Spinningfields development and is set on the banks of the River Irwell.
