Kudos Hospitality has been awarded a 10-year catering contract with East Midlands venue Royal Centre Nottingham, worth £7.5m.
Kudos, a division of the Crown Group, will manage the Centre's seven bars and provide catering for the Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall event spaces.
In addition, Kudos is considering plans to spend around £150,000 on the refurbishment of the on-site restaurant to improve the Green Room Café Bar, and investing in new equipment to boost productivity.
Robert Sanderson, managing director of the Royal Centre Nottingham, described the deal as a "very positive and public and private sector partnership".
In addition to touring theatre shows, the Royal Centre Nottingham hosts conferences, exhibitions and product launches.
