Christmas desserts from Heinz Foodservice

A new range of desserts for Christmas menus from Alveston Kitchens is based on traditional classics. There's a 1.26kg Sherry Trifle Gâteau and 8.20g Sherry Log consisting of vanilla sponges soaked in Spanish sherry, raspberry jam, dairy cream and almonds and presented as slices; Very Berry Crumble Brûlée with blackberries, raspberries, Bramley apples and cranberries, and Mulled Wine Crumble Brûlée with seasonal fruits soaked in mulled wine, both 1.81kg, layered with vanilla brûlée custard and topped with a crumble topping; 1.26kg Dark Chocolate and Raspberry Truffle, a dark Belgian chocolate truffle mousse on a Bourbon biscuit base topped with raspberries; and a 720g White Chocolate and Raspberry Roulade consisting of crisp meringue with a chewy centre rolled with Belgian white chocolate, dairy cream and raspberries.
