Delice de France owner IAWS Foods UK is opening a baking academy at its head offices in Belshill near Glasgow to act as a centre of excellence for staff and customers.
Designed to operate as a centre of excellence, the academy will launch this Thursday (10 November) and offer specialist training and advice.
Training will also cover baking guidelines, preparation including use of equipment, storage methods, temperature control and hygiene.
Stephen Silvester, managing director of IAWS said: “to maintain a strong relationship with the end user it is vital to implement best backing practices so best results are achieved.”
Other IAWS brands include Cuisine de France, Hiestand and La Brea Bakery.
