This Folio Hotels-managed property has reopened under the ownership of the Crown Estate after a 12-month £7.5m refurbishment. Located in the centre of Windsor next to the castle, it includes the Tower Brasserie and Tea Rooms serving a menu of British food with a focus on seasonal locally sourced produce.
