DBC's fleet now carries the Eblex Quality Standard Mark

Landmark Wholesale member DBC Foodservice has launched its first range of Eblex Quality Standard beef and lamb products for the foodservice market.

The group is highlighting the new line of quality-assured British meats – which will be sold under the ‘dbc label' own-brand launched this January – by adding the Eblex Quality Standard Mark to the side of its transport vehicles.

The range, which is likely to be extended over the coming months, includes around 20 different lamb and beef products such as Rolled and Tied Lamb Shoulder (1.3-1.7kg), Boneless Lamb Leg Joint (1.3-1.9kg), Topside Roasting Joint (2.5-3.5kg), Sirloin Steaks (2x 5x227g x 5), and Sirloin and Ribeye Steaks (both 2x 5x170g).

It is available from DBC’s 12 regional depots on a next-day delivery, with no minimum order size, along with its well-established Red Tractor British chicken products.
