The Royal Bath and West Of England Society,based at The Showground Shepton Mallet, and The Bath and West Trading Company, seeks expressions of interest in catering provision on its busy Showground.
Firstly the Trading Company has an established restaurant and kitchen for a retail offering at varying types and sizes of events (120 event days generating £230,000 of turnover per annum), and facilities that could also be used for offsite provision – Contract to start early spring 2011.
There is also a separate opportunity to bid for the delivery of fine dining at the flagship Royal Bath and West Show in early June 2011 and possibly a long term contract, delivered through a field kitchen in a marquee. Tender documents are available on request from The Administrator
