Hotel consultancy HVS has opened a London-based Asset Management and Strategic Advisory service, headed up by Saurabh Chawla, who has previously worked on a number of feasibility and valuation studies and consulting, strategic advisory and asset management assignments in Europe, the Middle East and central Asia. His operational experience includes various luxury hotels in operational and managerial positions throughout his native India.
