Nestlé Toque d’Or 2009 regional heats announcements

Nestlé Toque d’Or is delighted to announce the first four successful college teams to gain a place in the 2009 Heats. They will compete during the week of the 9th March, with each team cooking 30 covers of their 2009 menu. Each team will compete in their own college restaurant.

During the days competition the teams will also present their unique restaurant concept to the judges.

The 2009 Competition will stat with the following schedule.
