People First has appointed Tea Colaianni, group HR director for Merlin Entertainments, to its council of members. She also joins the leadership council for People 1st's Women 1st initiative. Before her appointment at Merlin, she spent seven-and-a-half years at Hilton, where she was responsible for the HR function of over 20,000 employees.
