Victoria Dawson has been hired as new sales and events manager at Dish. She has over four years' event management experience in contract catering and hotel event management and previously worked as account manager and front-of-house tour manager at Caxton St Catering in Australia. She also worked as an event manager at the De Vere Grand in Brighton.
