EasyHotel names Splendid Hotel Group as first London franchise

EasyHotel has named the Splendid Hotel Group as its first London franchisee.

Splendid will convert its property at 36-40 Belgrave Road, Victoria, into a seventy-eight room EasyHotel.

Currently the property operates as the 50-room Easton hotel.

EasyHotel opened its first property in London’s Kensington’s Lexham Gardens in August 2005. It also has a franchised hotel in Basel, Switzerland.

It plans to grow the group entirely though franchising, and recently announced a £220m franchise deal for the brand in the Middle East.
