Apex Hotels has appointed Yousif Al Wagga as general manager and Scott Davidson as director of sales at its City of London hotel. Al Wagga was general manager at the Kingsway Hall hotel in London's Covent Garden, while Davidson previously headed up sales for SRS-WorldHotels.
