The MTR2 Winterhalter rack conveyor dishwasher for hospitals is significantly more compact than earlier MT models - just 1,925mm long for a typical two-tank configuration - but otherwise offers big-machine specification and output (up to 130 racks an hour).
Features include SmartTouch multifunctional touch-screen, SelfControl hygiene log to store all HACCP and relevant hygiene data, and OptiWash, which adjusts rinse aid intake, jet pressure and jet angle for maximum mechanical effect.
Energy-saving fitments include Triple Rinse, zone activation (where pumps and fans operate only if dishes are actually present) and exhaust air heat recovery or optional heat pump.
