Hotel and restaurant group Relais & Châteaux has appointed Julie Holland as its new sales manager for the UK and Ireland. She starts immediately, bringing a wealth of luxury hotel experience, including four years at Firmdale Hotels.
Holland joins from GfK Mystery Shopping, where she developed mystery shopping programmes for high-profile clients in the hotel and leisure industries to help them improve and perfect their product and attention to detail. She has also been employed by Hotel du Vin, the Berners hotel and Gibson Hall in London.
