Midshire Catering has made two new appointments to strengthen its operations team. Anne Westwood (left) joins the company as sales manager for the North and Midlands, and Karen Spiller (right) has been appointed operations manager covering South and West Wales and South-west England.
Westwood has more than 25 years' catering industry experience, including 16 years at Sodexo (formerly Gardner Merchant), while Spiller joins Midshire after 15 years at a number of organisations, including Gardner Merchant, Aramark and Systopia.
