Vollrath SuperShape GN pans

Gastronorm (GN) container maker Vollrath has developed a range of stainless-steel GN pans that break the mould in terms of food presentation.

Its new SuperShapes are claimed to be the first GN pans that do not conform to the uniform rectangular shape, yet fit into standard-sized holders such as bains-marie and refrigerated wells.

The choice of oval, kidney-shaped and curved pans gives caterers plenty of scope to create striking displays of food.

The durable, easy-to-clean pans are made from Vollrath's 300 series 22-gauge stainless-steel; provide excellent thermal transfer for heated or chilled foods; stack within themselves for easy storage; and are protected from damage by reinforced edges and corners.

They are available with a choice of lids and covers, with list prices starting from £27.30 (ex-VAT).
