Former Locanda Locatelli sous chef and wine buyer duo Frederico and Max Sali have launched their first solo venture in Chelsea with the backing of their erstwhile mentors Giorgio and Plaxy Locatelli. The menu offers regional Italian dishes and there's an extensive Italian wine list.
