Georgia Hall is new head of marketing at Yo! Sushi. She has senior marketing experience at Tower Records, and most recently technology agency Zinc.

Claudio Roscigno has become business development manager at the Millennium hotel London Mayfair. He has moved from Italian company Starhotels, where he was group international sales manager.

Nicky Brundell has been promoted to conference and events co-ordinator at the Albrighton Hall hotel in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. She was front office supervisor.

Pradeep Asawa has joined London's Curry Leaf East as executive chef. He was head chef at Joy Indian Cuisine restaurant in Surbiton, Surrey, and has also worked for Taj Hotels.

Sally Hughes and Annette Jung have been promoted at the Radisson SAS hotel, Leeds. Previously personal assistant to the general manager, Hughes has become operations manager. Jung, previously a sales executive, is now director of sales.

London's Landmark hotel has a new executive sous chef, Roman Walter Maier. He joins the hotel from Atlantis Resort Nassau in the Bahamas.

Simon Stamper has left his general management job at Holiday Inn London Heathrow to become general manager at Crowne Plaza London-Heathrow. Andreas Boettger, formerly operations manager at Hilton Gatwick hotel, has become hotel manager at Holiday Inn London-Heathrow.

London event caterer Taste Vinopolis has appointed Nathan Trustam head chef. He was previously head chef at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.

Park Plaza Hotels Europe has appointed Melissa Moore director of sales at its Cardiff hotel, which opens early next year. She was regional sales manager at Celtic Manor Resort, Newport, Gwent.

Contract caterer Talkington Bates has made a trio of promotions. Lisa Roncon, previously office manager, is now projects and style director. Andy Hall is business support manager, moving from the company's contract at Westinghouse, where he was catering manager. Robert Beattie has been promoted from client account manager to director of culinary excellence.week


Move of the week
Torsten Van Dullemen
is the new resident manager at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park hotel, London. He was executive assistant manager at Campbell Gray Hotels' One Aldwych. Before this he was food and beverage manager with Campbell Gray's group and was involved in launching the new Antigua property, Carlisle Bay.
