Metro restaurant critic Marina O’Loughlin has savaged the follow up to Notting Hill’s Beach Blanket Babylon giving it a rating of one star out of five.
The East London eaterie overseen by executive chef Rex Newmark has received an absolute pasting from the critic and is described in summary as “a playground for the deep of pocket and shallow of heart”.

Using foraged ingredients is nothing new but the trend has become more mainstream over the past two years. However, the wider use of foraged food in restaurants also carries a certain amount of danger.
